Ordering, Shipping and Returns Information
Placing an Order with The Green Scissor
All orders are placed online. We do not take phone orders at this time. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. However, we can typically fill your order the same day. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Additional processing time may occur for large orders. We’ll be in touch with you if/when you place a large order that requires special attention.
Sorry, but we do not offer expedited or rushed-order processing at this time.
Out of Stocks/Backorders
We will do our best to keep availability of inventory updated on our website and will notify you by email in the event of stock issues on any orders placed.
If we do not hear from you within 2 business days, the backordered portion of your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Making Changes to an Order Once it’s Placed
Whether you can make a change to an order depends on when it was placed and whether it’s been processed on our end. If you would like to make a change to an order already placed, please contact us to make the change request. We will let you know if it can be accommodated.
The Green Scissor ships to all locations in the United States via USPS or UPS. We do not ship outside the US at this time.

$21 – 40 = $8.00
$41 – 49 = $10.00
$50 or more = FREE
Please include any special shipping or delivery instructions in your notes field at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. We do not offer will call or on site pick up.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please inspect all items immediately and report any damages or missing items to us via email. We will not accept lost package(s), damage(s) claims after 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Returns and Exchanges
Qualifying item(s) are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange via our Contact page form or phone direct to 707.468.8840
- Returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be in resaleable condition and free from scratches, dirt or damage.
- Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
- Once a request to return or exchanged an item is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the confirmation.
- Your refund or replacement will be issued promptly once the returned item(s) are received and processed in our warehouse.
- We will credit your original method of payment upon successful receipt of returned items. Please allow between 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order at 707.468.8840 or contact us grow[at]thegreenscissor[dot]com. Evidence of damage and missing parts, such as photos and/or shipping carrier messages, must be submitted upon request.
In the event lost shipments; please contact us and we will begin the claim process with the shipping carrier.

We will work to keep inventory availability up to date on the website, however, there may be times when a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed. We will notify you as soon as possible in this instance to discuss options and/or refunds.
